After how much you loved our last movement-based gathering, we’re making it a recurring quarterly event.
Kate will lead us through a 45-minute barre class, followed by wine, snacks, and time to unwind together. No rushing off. No pressure. Just a fun way to move your body and then actually connect afterward.
There’s something about doing something slightly hard, slightly sweaty, slightly out of your comfort zone — and then enjoying nourishing snacks and a celebratory glass of wine while we chat and connect.
All fitness levels welcome — just bring yourself and your willingness to move. No previous barre experience needed, but please wear grippy socks. Socks are available for purchase at The Bar Method Hinsdale.
